We understand that plans can change. We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will receive a 50% refund. No-shows will not be refunded. For more details, please see our full cancellation policy on our website.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel, and a change of clothes. For water-based activities like Dunn's River Falls or the Blue Hole, swimwear is essential. For ATV tours, closed-toe shoes are required. And don't forget your camera to capture the memories!

Your safety is our top priority. All of our tours are led by certified and experienced guides. We provide all necessary safety equipment, and our guides are trained in first aid. We also provide a safety briefing before each tour begins.
